If you have been following my blog for a while, you probably already know that I LOVE the Tone It Up program. In the Spring, I documented my experiences with the TIU 8-week Bikini Series (here, here, here and here). TODAYS, Tone It Up is beginning a 31-day Fall challenge that will span the entire month of October. I signed up as soon as I heard. This challenge comes at the most perfect time for me, because I have been starting to slack off a little on my workouts. I have been getting out for runs a few afternoons a week and continuing to take my Friday morning spin/barre class, but anything beyond that has just not been happening. Now that Summer is over, my motivation is definitely much lower than it has been, but I’m ready to get myself back on track. This 31-day Fall challenge sounds like the reset that I so desperately need.
